Homemade Chicken Cobb Salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette dressing; my favorite! I love summertime meals although we can have this year round especially in California. Sidenote, my next favorite summertime meal is pasta with fresh tomato and basil sauce -- perfect for a quick meal in the heat.
