On Thursday evening we met Mike at school and headed over to the Pier. Ashley had a great time at the museum. It was fun to finally check out a little bit of Navy Pier. We only had a couple of hours but we had a blast and managed to do a whole lot in that time. We hit the curious george, kids town, water way, treehouse, and dinosaur exhibits.
Curious George exhibit. I guess it is touring nationally check your local museum if it coming to you. It was quite cute!
The waterways exhibit. Ashley loves water so she could spent hours here.
The raincoat wasn't quite enough to keep her from getting wet underneath as she splashed around.
Making her own fountain. She loved seeing the water go in different angles depending on how she put the pipes.
The Treehouse exhibit, it was the outdoors inside. It had a log cabin, treehouse, canoe, campfire stuff. She loved cooking in the cabin.

Dear honeybunch:
You've done a terrific page! This is beautiful. It's like being there, almost. What a nice place to take Ashley to. That kid's museum sounds good and interesting for her. It looks like she had lots of fun!
What a pleasant way of spending your time with your daughter! You both are doing so much when you introduce her to new things.
I like how long her hair is. I did not see a pic. of you, though. I am sure you were busy trying to capture all the event.
Thanks for sharing it with us. Love, MOM
The "Curious George" exhibit toured through the Children's Museum in Minneapolis as well! Blake LOVED it too! So cute and interactive. It was a HIT! Glad to see you're enjoying the fun of Chicago. Make sure you see the Marshall Fields' windows decorated for Christmas, and plan a night-out to eat at the "Walnut Room" with Mike, next to the big Christmas tree. Beautiful!
